Description
There is a problem with the points just outside Manningtree station, meaning that trains must run at reduced speed on some lines for safety reasons.
As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.
This issue is expected to continue to impact services until 14:30.

There is a fault with the points outside Manningtree station that is being worked on by Network Rail engineers. This means that trains are having to run at a reduced speed between Manningtree and Ipswich and also, between Manningtree and Wrabness.
Service impact:
Services on the affected routes are being delayed, cancelled and having their starting and terminating stations altered.
Ticket acceptance:
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on local First Essex Bus routes 103 and 104 between Colchester and Harwich Town.
Further information:
Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
