Between Westbury and Cheltenham Spa / Swindon

Description

A shortage of train crew between Westbury and Swindon means that fewer trains are able to run between these stations. As a result, trains running between these stations will be cancelled.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

Taxis will operate between Westbury and Chippenham in both directions, calling Trowbridge and Melksham.

If you are at Westbury and Trowbridge you are advised to await the next service towards Bath Spa and then change there for services towards Chippenham and Swindon.

If you are at Swindon and Chippenham you are advised to await the next service towards Bath Spa and then change there for services towards Trowbridge and Westbury.

If you are travelling from Westbury or Trowbridge for Melksham you should contact station staff for onward road transport.

If you are travelling from Swindon for Melksham should travel to Chippenham on the next available service and then take the onwards road transport to Melksham.
