Description

Lines have reopened following a fire next to the track between Micheldever and Basingstoke. Trains running between Winchester and Basingstoke may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 19:00.

Although trains can now run normally again, South Western Railway expect knock on delays and alterations on some services running between London Waterloo and Bournemouth / Weymouth

Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, on CrossCountry services between Bournemouth and Basingstoke in both directions.
