Description
The emergency services have completed their work between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace / Norwood Junction, allowing lines to be reopened. However, trains between these stations may still be delayed by up to 30 minutes, cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until 20:00.
London Overground customer advice:
Tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on London Buses and London Underground via any reasonable route.
Southern and Thameslink customer advice:
Services are running between New Cross Gate and Norwood Junction shortly. Services may still be subject to residual delays of at least 15 minutes, alterations, and cancellations.
You should travel using your normal route, as lines have now reopened. You may still need to travel on a different train to normal, or change trains at an intermediate station to complete your journey.
You should leave at least 15 minutes extra to complete your journey. You should check station screens, listen to announcements, and check journey planners before you travel.
