Description

More trains than usual needing repairs at the same time between Par and Newquay means a reduced service will run between these stations.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

Tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on the following Go Cornwall bus routes:

  • Routes 21 and 21A between St Austell (Bus Station, stand C), St Columb Road (Co-op), Quintrell Downs (North Way), Newquay (Great Western Hotel)

  • Routes 24 and 25 between Par (Railway station, Eastcliffe Road), St Austell (Bus Station, stand A)

  • Route 26 between St Austell (Bus Station, stand D), Bugle (The Square, A391), Roche (Travelodge), Bodmin (Town Centre), Bodmin Parkway (Railway Station)

  • Route 31 between St Austell (Bus Station, stand D), Luxulyan (Kings Arms). Only two services a day

  • Route 85 between Newquay (Great Western Hotel), Truro (Bus Station, stand H)

  • Routes 87 and 87A between Newquay (Great Western Hotel), Truro (Railway Station), Truro (Bus Station, stand J)

  • Route 91 between Newquay (Great Western Hotel), Quintrell Downs (North Way), St Columb Road (Co-op), Truro (Bus Station, stand G)

If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.
