Description
A safety inspection of the track at Oldfield Park means that some lines are blocked. As a result of this, trains running between Bristol Temple Meads and Swindon / Westbury via Bath Spa may be delayed by up to 25 minutes, cancelled or diverted.
Disruption is expected until 17:30.
Customer advice:
Great Western Railway have limited rail replacement transport shuttling between Swindon, Chippenham and Bath Spa.
Bristol Temple Meads and Swindon:
Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington services will divert and run non stop to Swindon. Bath Spa and Chippenham will not be served.
Trains in the opposite direction are not affected.
Customers at Bath Spa travelling towards Swindon are advised to travel to Bristol Temple Meads and change there. Customers at Bristol Temple Meads travelling to Bath Spa / Chippenham can travel to Swindon and change there.

Great Western Railway have reduced their Bristol Temple Meads to Westbury via Bath Spa service to one per hour.
