Description
A fire next to the track between South Croydon and Oxted means all lines are blocked. Trains running between East Croydon and Oxted may be cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until 18:30.
Customer advice:
If you are travelling now, you may need to use an alternative route for your journey. The fire Brigade are on site and working to put out the fire.
If you are travelling to or from Sanderstead and London, you should make your way to Purley Oaks to connect with alternative Southern trains towards your destination. This is approximately a 7 minute journey.
A shuttle train service is expected to run between Oxted and East Grinstead and between Oxted and Uckfield. Please check journey planners for updated information.
This means that the following stations will not receive a train service until further notice:

Upper Warlingham
