Description

A points failure between Exeter St Davids and Paignton means that the line is disrupted. As a result, trains running between these stations may cancelled or revised.

Disruption expected until the end of the day.

CrossCountry customer advice:

Some services may be revised to run between Manchester Piccadilly / Bristol Temple Meads and Exeter St Davids only. These services will no longer call at Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton Abbot, Torquay and Paignton.

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost, and without needing to amend your ticket, on the following services:

  • The two CrossCountry services operating before and the two CrossCountry services after your cancelled train

  • Great Western Railway services between Exeter St Davids and Newton Abbot / Paignton

Unfortunately, any seat reservations will not be carried over, but Coach B, H and L are our unreserved coaches on CrossCountry services (where available) so please head to them.
