Trains between Cardiff Central and Bristol Temple Meads / Frome / Taunton / Exeter St Davids / Exmouth / Paignton / Portsmouth Harbour, and between Swansea and London Paddington, and also between Carmarthen and Bristol Parkway / London Paddington

Description

Following an obstruction on the track between Severn Tunnel Junction and Bristol Temple Meads / Bristol Parkway all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or diverted.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day

Additional Information:

Trains may divert via Lydney and will therefore not call at Patchway or Bristol Parkway.

Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, with the following operators, in both directions on the following:

  • CrossCountry between Cheltenham Spa / Gloucester and Newport (South Wales) / Cardiff Central

  • Transport for Wales between Cheltenham Spa / Gloucester and Newport (South Wales) / Cardiff Central
