Description

Lines have reopened following a problem with line-side equipment at Pitsea. As service recovers, trains running across the c2c network may be delayed by up to 45 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 13:00.

Customer advice:

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following rail services:

  • Greater Anglia between London Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria in both directions

  • London Underground:

    • District line between Tower Hill and Upminster

    • Jubilee line between Stratford and West Ham

You can also use your ticket at no extra cost on on First Essex buses between Basildon and Southend.
