Description

A safety inspection of the track between Gatwick Airport and Shalford means that all lines are blocked. Trains are unable to run between these stations.

Trains that run between Gatwick Airport and Reading will be revised to run between Shalford and Reading.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following:

• Elizabeth line services between Farringdon and Reading

• South Western Railway services via any reasonable route

• Southern services via any reasonable route

• Thameslink services via any reasonable route

Great Western Railway have requested rail replacement transport to run between Gatwick Airport and Reading.

If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.
