Description

Heavy rainfall has flooded the railway between Fulwell and Shepperton. This has closed all lines running between these stations.

As a result, trains are unable to operate. Trains running between London Waterloo and Shepperton will be cancelled in full.

Disruption is expected until 20:00.

Customer advice:

As a result of heavy rain and flooding on the railway, South Western Railway are unable to run any services between Fulwell and Shepperton.

The response team are on site and are working to make it safe for the lines to be reopen. At the moment there is no estimate available for when the lines will reopen. You will be provided with further information when it becomes available.

Windsor and Reading services:

At the moment all services between London Wateroo and Shepperton are suspended in both directions.

Fulwell, Hampton, Sunbury, Kempton Park, Upper Halliford and Shepperton stations will not be served until further notice.

How do I get to my destination?

A rail replacement bus service is in now in place and are calling all stations between Shepperton and Fulwell in both directions.

Customers for stations between Fulwell and Shepperton are advised to take the first available service to Teddington and change for rail replacement buses for stations to Shepperton.

Customers at Fulwell, Hampton, Sunbury, Kempton Park, Upper Halliford and Shepperton are advised to travel on replacement buses to Teddington and change for train services.

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on London Buses between Teddington and Shepperton in both directions.
