Description

A safety inspection of the track at Southend Airport means all lines are blocked. Trains running between Shenfield and Southend Victoria may be delayed by up to 25 minutes or cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 21:00.

Rail replacement vehicles have been requested to run between Hockley and Southend Victoria but are not yet confirmed. We will update this message as soon as the buses have been confirmed.

Tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on the following routes:

• c2c services between London Liverpool Street / London Fenchurch Street, West Ham and Southend Central

• London Underground:

  • Circle line between London Liverpool Street and Tower Hill (for London Fenchurch Street)

  • Jubilee line between Stratford and West Ham

Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
