Following a failure of the electricity supply between Wickford and Southend Victoria all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 23:00.

• London Underground between

  • Circle line between Liverpool Street and Tower Hill (for Fenchurch Street)
