Description

A fault with the signalling system in the Staines area means that some lines are currently disrupted. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day

Customer advice:

Engineers are on their way to site. It is not yet known when they are expected to arrive.

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost, on:

  • CrossCountry services between Bournemouth and Reading in both directions

  • Elizabeth line services between London Paddington and Reading in both directions

  • Great Western Railway services on the following routes:

    • Between London Paddington, Reading and Basingstoke in both directions

    • Between Slough and Windsor & Eton Central in both directions

    • Between Wokingham and Reading in both directions

  • London Underground Bakerloo line from London Waterloo to London Paddington (until 18:00)

Buses:

  • White buses routes 441 / 441A between Staines and Egham

  • Reading bus route 703 between Bracknell and Ascot / Windsor

  • Falcon bus route 456 between Staines and Woking via Chertsey / Addlestone

  • London Buses between Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Town, Putney, Barnes, Barnes Bridge, Brentford, Syon Lane, Isleworth, Hounslow, Mortlake, North Sheen, Richmond, St Margarets Twickenham, Whitton, Feltham, Ashford (Surrey) and Staines
