Description

A tree blocking the railway between Coulsdon Town and Tattenham Corner means that all lines are blocked. Trains running to / from these stations may be cancelled or revised to terminate at or start from Coulsdon Town.

Disruption is expected until 20:30.

Customer advice:

If you are travelling between Coulsdon Town and Tattenham Corner, you are advised to delay travelling until later this evening due to a tree blocking the railway.

The fallen tree has now been successfully removed from the railway. Network Rail staff are carrying out safety inspections of the track and 3rd rail infrastructure to confirm there is no damage before all lines can safely reopen.
