CrossCountry customer advice:

Tickets dated for travel today will be valid tomorrow, Friday 5 December.

CrossCountry have requested road transport to run between Bristol Temple Meads and Exeter St Davids with First Choice. You may use these services at no additional cost. CrossCountry are still trying to source road transport from Exeter St Davids to Tiverton Parkway / Taunton. Once this has been confirmed, we will update with full details.

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services:

  • Great Western Railway services via any reasonable route

  • The two CrossCountry services operating before and after your cancelled service

If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.

Seat reservations will not be carried over to another train, but Coach B, H and L are unreserved coaches on CrossCountry services (where available) so please head to them. You can view the formation of CrossCountry trains.
