Description

A safety inspection of the track between Taunton and Bristol Temple Meads means the line towards Bristol Temple Meads is blocked. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes, diverted or revised.

Disruption is expected until 10:45.

Additional information:

There has been a report of a defect with the track in the Bridgwater area. Trains may not be able to run over the affected line until it has been inspected or may have to run at reduced speed.

Rail replacement taxis and coaches are in operation between Taunton and Bristol Temple Meads. Please wait at the taxi pick up point for the taxis and coaches. You can also change at Weston-super-Mare and take a train service to Bristol Temple Meads.
