Trains between London Waterloo and Hampton Court
Description
A fault on a train at Thames Ditton means that all lines running through this station are closed.
As a result, trains running between London Waterloo and Hampton Court will be revised to operate between London Waterloo and Surbiton only.
Disruption is expected until 20:00.
Customer advice:
The train crew are in contact with the fleet maintenance team who are investigating and working towards fixing the fault.
As a result:
Train service is suspended between Surbiton and Hampton Court
Hampton Court and Thames Ditton will not be served
Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, on the following services:
London buses on the routes between Surbiton - Thames Ditton - Kingston - Hampton Court - Chessington South
Falcon bus routes as follows:
514 and 515 between Kingston - Surbiton - Thames Ditton - Esher - Hersham - Walton-on-Thames – Weybridge
715 between Guildford - Cobham - Esher - Hinchley Wood - Thames Ditton - Surbiton - Kingston
To help you complete your journey; South Western Railway have arranged replacement buses to run between Hampton Court and Surbiton calling at Surbiton, Thames Ditton and Hampton Court in both directions. These are in place from 16:40, but buses are not running to a set timetable.
