Description

Lines have reopened following a fire next to the track between Woking and West Byfleet. Whilst service recovers, trains running between Woking and Surbiton may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 100 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Suburban services:

Woking to London Waterloo stopping services are running but subject to delays, or last minute alteration.

Long distance and mainline services:

Services are running but delayed up to 100 minutes.

How do I get to my destination?

The line is expected to close for approximately 45 minutes.

Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, on the following services:

  • Southern between Dorking (Main), Epsom and Clapham Junction

  • Southern between Portsmouth and London Victoria

  • Great Western Railway between Guildford and Dorking (Deepdene)

  • Great Western Railway between Basingstoke and London Paddington via Reading

  • Thameslink between Wimbledon, Elephant & Castle, London Blackfriars and Central London

  • London Underground on the Jubilee, District, Bakerloo, Northern and Victoria lines for travel between Waterloo, Wimbledon, Westminster, Embarkment, Paddington and Victoria

  • Morebus M1 and M2 between Bournemouth - Branksome - Parkstone - Poole

  • Morebus 16 and 17 between Bournemouth - Branksome - Parkstone - Poole

  • Morebus 8 and 9 between Poole and Hamworthy

  • Morebus 40 between Poole and Wareham

  • First Bus 10 between Weymouth - Upwey - Dorchester
