Description

A fault with the signalling system at Weybridge means some lines towards Surbiton are blocked. As a result, trains between Weybridge and Surbiton may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:00.

What South Western Railway are doing about it:

There is a signalling problem at Weybridge on the main line towards Surbiton. Train services on the main line towards Surbiton are currently diverted between Byfleet & New Haw and Surbiton.

Engineers are on their way to site. At present, it is not known when the lines are expected to reopen.

Long distance and mainline services:

Services on the main line are currently subject to delays, diversions and possible short‑notice cancellations..

Suburban services:

The Woking to London Waterloo stopping services will run non‑stop between Surbiton and London Waterloo. These services will not call at Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Clapham Junction or Vauxhall. Passengers for these stations should change at Surbiton and join alternative services.
