Between Slough and Windsor & Eton Central

Description

A fault on the train that run between Slough and Windsor & Eton Central means service has been suspended. Trains running between these stations will be cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 13:00.

Customer advice:

Great Western Railway are working to get a replacement train up to Slough.

You may use your ticket, at no extra cost on the following services:

  • South Western Railway between Windsor & Eton Riverside and London Waterloo. Windsor & Eton Riverside is a short distance from Windsor & Eton Central and the journey time to London Waterloo is approximately 1 hour

  • First Bus route 8 and Reading Buses routes 702 and 703 between Slough and Windsor, buses depart Slough from Wellington Street Stops B and C and from Windsor at Stop D outside WHSmith on Thames Street. The journey by bus takes approximately 20 minutes

If you travel from a station on one of the routes suggested, your rail ticket will be valid to travel back to the same station later in the day.
