Description

Engineering work is taking place between Crewe and Chester from 23:30 each night, closing all lines.

Monday - Thursday

The following alterations will be in place:

  • 21:17 Cardiff Central to Chester will terminate at Shrewsbury. Customers travelling to Chester should use the 23:40 Shrewsbury to Chester and customers travelling to Crewe should catch the 23:27.
  • 22:52 Birmingham New Street to Holyhead will terminate at Crewe at 00:10. Replacement road transport will operate between Crewe and Chester.
  • 23:30 Crewe to Chester will depart earlier at 23:06.

Tuesday - Friday

The following alterations will be in place:

  • An addition service will operate between Chester and Holyhead at 00:40.
  • 05:45 Chester to Wrexham General will run later at 05:51.
  • 04:22 Chester to Birmingham New Street will start from Crewe at 04:59. Replacement road transport will operate between Chester and Crewe at 03:50.
  • 04:50 Crewe to Milford Haven will start at Shrewsbury. An additional 04:50 Crewe to Shrewsbury service will run.
  • 04:59 Chester to Crewe will depart later at 05:30.
