Description

Engineering work is taking place at various locations on the Great Western Railway network, closing some lines.

Monday to Thursday:

20:35 Taunton to Gloucester will terminate at Bristol Temple Meads for road transport from Bristol Temple Meads to Filton Abbey Wood, Bristol Parkway, Yate, and Cam & Dursley.

21:36 Great Malvern to Bristol Temple Meads will terminate at Gloucester for road transport from Gloucester to Cam & Dursley, Yate, Bristol Parkway, Filton Abbey Wood (setting down only) and Bristol Temple Meads.

21:54 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa will be diverted between Swindon and Gloucester. It will NOT call at Kemble, Stroud and Stonehouse. There will be a bus at 21:54 from Swindon to Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse Post Office, setting down only at Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa. Swindon to Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa customers should use the train.

22:01 Cheltenham Spa to Swindon will terminate at Gloucester for road transport from Gloucester to Stonehouse Post Office, Stroud, Kemble and Swindon.

22:42 Bristol Temple Meads to Gloucester will NOT run and will be replaced by a bus from Bristol Temple Meads to Filton Abbey Wood, Bristol Parkway, Yate, Cam & Dursley and Gloucester.

22:45 London Paddington to Swansea will be diverted between Swindon and Bristol Parkway, arriving at Bristol Parkway later than normal.

23:36 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa will depart EARLIER at 23:18 and will be diverted between Swindon and Gloucester. It will NOT call at Kemble, Stroud and Stonehouse. There will be a bus at 23:36 from Swindon to Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse Post Office, Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 05:17 Gloucester to Southampton Central will start from Swindon. A direct bus will run from Gloucester, departing at 05:00, to Swindon for onward rail connections. A bus will also depart Gloucester at 04:17 calling at Stonehouse Post Office, Stroud and Kemble to connect into the train at Swindon.
