Description

Overnight engineering work is taking place between Milton Keynes and Northampton and also between Warrington and Preston, closing some lines.

As a result of this, the following services will be amended:

Saturday

  • The 20:31 London Euston to Preston service will be amended to run to Manchester Piccadilly. A replacement bus service will run from Crewe to Preston, calling at Warrington Bank Quay and Wigan North Western.
  • The 21:09 Wolverhampton to London Euston service will be diverted via Northampton, slightly extending the journey time between Rugby and London.
  • The 21:42 London Euston to Wolverhampton service will be diverted via Northampton, slightly extending the journey time between London and Rugby.

Sunday

  • The 09:00 Preston to London Euston service will be replaced by a bus between Preston and Crewe.
