Tuesday to Thursday, overnight engineering work is taking place between Battersea Park and Streatham Hill / Streatham Common, closing 2 out of 4 lines.

Each night, from 23:30 to the end of service, as result of this engineering work, line capacity has been reduced between London Victoria and East Croydon.

Most trains will have journey times extended by up to 5 minutes between London Victoria and East Croydon / Sutton.

Supplementary replacement buses will run as follows:

Tuesday to Thursday

  • 23:33 Balham to Streatham Hill.
  • 23:34 Streatham Hill to London Victoria set down only at Balham, Wandsworth Common, Clapham Junction and Battersea Park. 
  • 23:58 Balham to West Croydon set down only at Streatham Hill, West Norwood, Gipsy Hill, Crystal Palace and Norwood Junction.

Wednesday to Friday

  • 00:37 Balham to London Bridge set down only at Streatham Hill, West Norwood, Gipsy Hill, Crystal Palace, Sydenham, Forest Hill, Honor Oak Park, Brockley and New Cross Gate.
