Description

Engineering work is taking place between Bridgend and Cardiff Central via Pontyclun, closing all lines.

Great Western Railway:

Trains between Swansea and London Paddington will divert between Bridgend and Cardiff Central via Llantwit Major, extending journey times by approximately 35 minutes.

Trains will depart Swansea approximately 25 minutes earlier to ensure a normal departure time from Cardiff Central onwards.

Until approximately 16:30, some trains between London Paddington and Swansea will only run between London Paddington and Cardiff Central.

Transport for Wales:

Buses will replace trains between Bridgend and Cardiff Central via Pontyclun.

Trains will divert between Bridgend and Cardiff Central via Llantwit Major.
