    Due to refurbishment work, Pontypridd waiting room will be closed from 6 April 2026. The work should take around 2 weeks to complete.

  • The lifts are out of order between platforms 1 and 2 and the footbridge at Pontypridd station. Step free access is available to platform 3 from the Graig under the railway bridge. Passengers can phone the Transport for Wales customer helpline on 03333 211202 for further guidance.
