The lifts are out of order between platforms 2 and 3 and the South Bank concourse at London Blackfriars station.
Step-free access is still available to both platforms 2 and 3 from the South Bank by using the platform 1 lift up to the Mezzanine level, and transferring from there to the platform 4 lift - from which you can access platforms 2 and 3.
This may affect you if you are taking Thameslink services towards Kentish Town, West Hampstead Thameslink, St Albans City, Luton, Bedford, Welwyn Garden City, Cambridge or Peterborough (from platform 2), or Thameslink services towards Sevenoaks and Southeastern services towards Beckenham Junction (from platform 3). Please speak to station staff for further assistance.
