The lifts at Manchester Victoria will be out of service until mid-January 2020. During the improvement work, passengers who require step-free access are urged to book assisted travel by calling 0800 138 5560. Passengers will be advised to use alternative stations where possible; these will be highlighted to passengers when booking assistance for journeys to/from Manchester Victoria. Additional station staff are available throughout the upgrade works to assist passengers with prams and heavy luggage.
