  • Under-16 - 65% discount against the Standard class adult Season Ticket

  • 16 to 18 - 50% discount against the Standard class adult Season Ticket

Season ticket discount is not available from national railcards, to earn discount the following discount scheme needs to be applied:

  • TM U16's Educational Season - 65% discount against the Standard class adult Season Ticket using discount scheme: TM U16'S EDUC

  • TM 16-18 Educational Season - 50% discount against the Standard class adult Season Ticket using discount scheme: TM 16-18 EDUC

Refunds

If you’ve bought a Season ticket and no longer want to use it, you must apply for a refund as quickly as possible either by contacting our Customer Support team, or by visiting your nearest ticket office. We'll only process a refund if the Season ticket was bought from TfW. If you bought your ticket elsewhere, contact your original retailer. A Season ticket refund is based on the difference between the price you paid and the cost of a ticket for the time held. For more information, please visit the National Rail website.
