Changes to services between Wolverhampton and Stafford
Due to all day engineering work between Wolverhampton and Stafford, the following service changes will apply (in both directions):
Trains between London Euston and Scotland via Nuneaton, will depart London Euston earlier and call additionally at Crewe, Oxenholme Lake District and Penrith North Lakes
Trains between London Euston and Scotland via Birmingham New Street will operate between Preston and Edinburgh
A replacement bus service will operate between Wolverhampton, Stafford and Crewe
Monday 31 August - August Bank Holiday
Amended 05:35 Blackpool North to Crewe service
Due to early morning engineering work between Blackpool North and Preston, the 05:35 Blackpool North to Crewe train will start from Preston at 06:00. You should use alternative Northern services from Blackpool North to connect with train at Preston.
Amended 18:52 Edinburgh to London Euston service
Due to late night engineering work in the Northampton area, the 18:52 Edinburgh to London Euston train will be diverted between Rugby and Milton Keynes Central, and will not call at Long Buckby or Northampton. A replacement bus will be provided from Rugby, calling at Long Buckby and Northampton.
