This will be in place on non-strike days through the Bank Holiday weekend, and is subject to any additional changes detailed below.

Saturday 29 August

Normal service, subject to EMR Intercity temporary timetable changes

No engineering work changes to Intercity, Connect or Regional train services have been announced. Sunday 30 August

Intercity and Connect routes are subject to strike action and are expected to be extremely busy

A queuing system will be in place at London St Pancras International and Sheffield stations for East Midlands Railway services. It may not be possible to board your intended service, so please allow extra time at the station.

Also, all day on Sunday 30 August, Network Rail are carrying out essential major engineering work on the East Coast Mainline route between the north-east and London Kings Cross. EMR Regional train services are not affected by the strike action.
