Early morning and late night changes affecting Burnham and Taplow
Due to engineering work the following service changes will apply on Saturday morning / night:
00:49 London Paddington to Reading service will not call at Burnham or Taplow. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Burnham / Taplow
23:45 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington service will not call at Burnham or Taplow. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Burnham / Taplow
Sunday 30 August
Amended 00:07 Marlow to Maidenhead service
Due to overnight / early morning engineering work, the 00:07 Marlow to Maidenhead service will terminate at Bourne End. A replacement bus will run from Bourne End to Maidenhead.
Early morning change affecting Burnham and Taplow
Due to early morning engineering work, the 00:34 London Paddington to Reading train will not call at Burnham or Taplow. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Burnham / Taplow.
Early morning and late night changes affecting Burnham
Due to engineering work the following service changes will apply on Sunday morning / night:
06:20 (departing 06:25) Reading to London Paddington service will not call at Burnham. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Burnham
06:38 London Paddington to Reading service will not call at Burnham. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Burnham
23:52 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington service will not call at Burnham. Replacement buses will run between Slough and Burnham
Amended 07:55 Swansea to London Paddington service
Due to early morning engineering work, the 07:55 Swansea to London Paddington service will start from Cardiff Central at 09:00.
Two earlier replacement buses will run:
One bus will run at 07:50 from Swansea to Cardiff Central (direct)
One bus will run at 07:35 from Neath to Cardiff Central, calling at Port Talbot Parkway and Bridgend
Both buses will connect with the amended train service at Cardiff Central.
Late night changes affecting Pangbourne
Due to late night engineering work, the following trains will not call at Pangbourne:
22:33 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway
23:31 London Paddington to Didcot Parkway
23:52 Didcot Parkway to London Paddington
Replacement buses will run between Tilehurst and Pangbourne.
Monday 31 August - August Bank Holiday
Bank Holiday Monday service changes
Due to the bank holiday a small number of trains will not run on Monday:
03:46 Swansea to London Paddington
06:55 Bath Spa to Bristol Temple Meads
17:00 Plymouth to Liskeard.
17:56 Liskeard to Plymouth
20:16 Frome to Westbury
Changes to early morning trains through the Westbury area
Due to early morning engineering work, the following service changes will apply:
05:10 Bristol Temple Meads to London Paddington (via Newbury) will not run. You should travel by later train services
05:31 Bedwyn to London Paddington will not run. You should travel by later train services
06:12 Frome to London Paddington will start from Westbury at 06:22. For travel from Frome to Westbury, you should travel by later train services
06:18 Yeovil Pen Mill to Gloucester will start from Bristol Temple Meads at 08:08. For travel between Yeovil Pen Mill and Bristol Temple Meads, you should travel by later train services
06:25 Westbury to Frome will depart later at 06:30
After 21:55: buses will replace trains between Newbury and Bedwyn
Due to late night engineering work, after 21:55, buses will replace trains between Newbury and Bedwyn.
Amended 22:49 London Paddington to Swansea service
Due to late night engineering work, the 22:49 London Paddington to Swansea train will divert between Swindon and Bristol Parkway (via Bath Spa, not calling). It will change direction of travel at Bristol Parkway, before continuing later than normal to Newport (South Wales), Cardiff Central and stations to Swansea.
Amended 23:42 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa service
Due to late night engineering work, the 23:42 Swindon to Cheltenham Spa train will depart much earlier than usual at 23:17 and will divert between Swindon and Gloucester (running via Bath Spa and Severn Tunnel Junction, not calling at either). It will not call at Kemble, Stroud or Stonehouse, and will terminate at Gloucester at 01:03.
A replacement bus will run from Swindon to Kemble, Stroud, Stonehouse (Town Hall), Gloucester and Cheltenham Spa.
