Saturday 29 August
After 22:00: Significantly amended service between London and Peterborough / Cambridge
Due to major engineering work starting after 22:00 south of Peterborough, no trains will run between Potters Bar / Hertford North and Letchworth Garden City / Peterborough. The following late night service changes will be made:
A revised Great Northern and Thameslink train service will run between:
Letchworth Garden City and Cambridge / Kings Lynn
Moorgate and Hertford North / Potters Bar
London Kings Cross and Potters Bar
Brighton and Finsbury Park
Horsham and London Bridge / Finsbury Park
Replacement buses will run between:
Hitchin and Peterborough, calling all stations
Bedford and Peterborough, calling at St. Neots and Huntingdon
Hitchin and Letchworth Garden City
Luton Airport Parkway and Stevenage via Hitchin
St. Albans and Stevenage calling at Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Welwyn North and Knebworth
Hertford North and Stevenage, calling at Watton-at-Stone
Potters Bar and Hitchin, calling at all stations
Sunday 30 August
Significantly amended service between London and Peterborough / Cambridge
Due to major engineering work all day south of Peterborough, no trains will run between Potters Bar / Hertford North and Letchworth Garden City / Peterborough. The following service changes will be made:

Changes to 08:40 and 09:10 London Bridge to Sutton services
Due to early morning engineering work, the 08:40 and 09:10 London Bridge to Sutton services will start from London Blackfriars. These trains will not call at London Bridge or Peckham Rye. Your tickets will be accepted at no extra cost on Southern rail replacement buses between London Bridge and Tulse Hill.
Monday 31 August - August Bank Holiday
Amended Bank Holiday service
As a result of the Bank Holiday, Thameslink will run an amended train service all day (subject to the engineering work changes detailed below).
Until 08:00: Significantly amended service between London and Peterborough / Cambridge
Due to major engineering work until 08:00 south of Peterborough, no trains will run between Potters Bar / Hertford North and Letchworth Garden City / Peterborough. The following early morning service changes will be made:

After 23:59: Change to services between East Croydon and Gatwick Airport
Due to overnight engineering work in the Coulsdon South area, after 23:59 on Monday night, trains will run but will be diverted and will not call at Coulsdon South, Merstham or Redhill.
Replacement buses will run between East Croydon and Gatwick Airport and between Purley and Horley to provide connections.
