Can you tell me more about the incident?

A broken down train in the Portchester area blocked the line earlier from Southampton towards both Portsmouth and Havant.

A rescue train was sent from Portsmouth to assist the broken train back to a local depot, and as of 12:15 this has now moved and lines have reopened. Operators are now working to restore services to normal.
