South Western Railway between Romsey and Salisbury
Description
A fault with the signalling system between Southampton Central and Romsey means fewer trains are able to run on some lines. As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Great Western Railway customer advice:
Customers requiring Southampton can change at Fareham for a frequent South Western Railway service, who continue to serve the station. Likewise customers at Southampton Central travelling towards Westbury, Bristol and Cardiff can travel with South Western Railway and change at Romsey or Salisbury for onward connections.
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on South Western Railway via any reasonable route until further notice.

Train services running to Southampton Central from Salisbury will be subject to diversion where possible so please plan your journey.
