Information about car parking during improvement works:
Improvement works at Chippenham station will see a reduction in parking spaces in the station car park on Cocklebury Road from Saturday 8 August.
Up to 82 spaces will be suspended in Car Park 1 (opposite Sadlers Mead) to enable essential upgrades to the station canopies to be undertaken.
The improvement works for Network Rail are expected to last around six months, but not all of those spaces will be required during that period.
Customers should note that other car parks on Cocklebury Road and Sadlers Mead will remain open as well as the car park off Union Road.
