Station Message: Alert!

There is no step free access from the South Car park to Platforms 2 and 3, and no step free access from the North Car Park to Platform 1. A shuttle bus operates on a loop from the South Car Park to Station front between Easter to October to connect the car parks and the platforms (avoiding the footbridge). Outside of this period customers can use the Taxi help points located in the South Car park and the station front to transport them (free of charge) from the car parks to platforms (avoiding the footbridge).

There is step free access from the station car parks to the platforms. There is no step free access between platforms 1 and 2. There is a stepped footbridge connecting these platforms.  For arrivals from Penzance there is level access from the platform and to the St Ives branch platform. Safety warning - Please be aware that some platforms at this station have no or only partial tactile paving on the platform edge. Please take extra care when using this station.
