Saturday 29 August
Buses will replace trains between Birmingham New Street and Coleshill Parkway
Due to engineering work closing the line between Birmingham New Street and Coleshill Parkway, the following changes will apply (in both directions):
Birmingham New Street - Cambridge / Stansted Airport: trains will run between Coleshill Parkway and Cambridge / Stansted Airport only. Replacement buses will run between Birmingham New Street and Coleshill Parkway
Cardiff Central - Nottingham: trains will only run between Cardiff Central and Birmingham New Street, and between Coleshill Parkway and Nottingham. Replacement buses will run between Birmingham New Street and Coleshill Parkway
Trains to and from North East England / Scotland: trains will be diverted around the engineering works, extending journey times by up to 60 minutes. These trains will not call at Tamworth

Due to engineering work closing the line between Wolverhampton and Stafford, buses will be replacing CrossCountry trains between Wolverhampton, Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent. Trains will operate between Bournemouth, Birmingham New Street and Wolverhampton, and between Stoke-on-Trent and Manchester Piccadilly.

Amended 19:25 Manchester Piccadilly to Southampton Central service
Due to late night engineering work between Basingstoke and Winchester, the 19:25 Manchester Piccadilly to Southampton Central train will be diverted via an alternative route between Basingstoke and Southampton Central. It will not call at Winchester and Southampton Airport Parkway.
You can use the rail replacement bus (provided by South Western Railway) at no extra cost between Basingstoke, Winchester, Southampton Airport Parkway and Southampton Central.
